Refund policy

We want you to love your purchase! If you're not completely satisfied, we offer a 30-day return and refund policy.

Eligibility for a Refund:

• You must request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached.

• Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

Non-Refundable Items:

• Sale items, gift cards, and custom/personalized products

• Items showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration

 Exchanges:

• We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different size or item, please return the original for a refund and place a new order.

 Refunds:

• Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you by email.

• If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

• Shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.

 How to Start a Return:

Please do not send items back without contacting us first — unauthorized returns may not be accepted.
