Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 8-10 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once you order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email. 

Lost and Delayed Packages: 1of1 Clothing is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, custom, or incorrect shipping information. If your package is marked as delivered but you haven't received it, please contact the carrier first. We will do our best to assist you if needed. 

Address issues: Please double check your shipping address before purchasing an item. If you made a mistake, immediately contact this email within the first 24 hours, "@dndprojectco@gmail.com". This is so we can correct this mistake before shipment is sent out.
